the leonardo is perfectly located next to the royal albert dock and a short walk to the city centre. the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. breakfast had a good selection, but I wish they offered fresher eggs. overall, it gave us the perfect spot for a family outing and shopping at liverpool one!

The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to numerous attractions, including the M&S Bank Arena. The room was clean and equipped with modern amenities, notably a comfortable bed and quality tea/coffee facilities. Staff were exceptionally courteous and proactive in resolving minor issues quickly and effectively, enhancing the overall stay.

Bathroom fixtures appeared dated and could benefit from an upgrade.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room. The bed was super comfy, which was a major plus! However, the room felt tiny, and everything seemed a bit dusty and gross, like the dirty windows and stained carpets. The restaurant was nice, though, definitely enjoyed breakfast there.
